How do I qualify and become as a Distributor/Reseller?
1. Why are your ID supply items so much cheaper than others?
We specialize in ID Supply items such as lanyards, badge holders, and ID accessories for more than 20 years.
All of these items are manufactured at large volumes overseas and comes directly to our warehouse here in
Torrance, CA. This way, our cost are generally lower than our competitors and therefore we are delighted to
to pass on the savings to you.
2. Do you have the items in stock?
Yes, we stock all of our products. Customized products requires 10-20 working days. If for
some reason we may be out of a particular product, we will notify you immediately.
3. What is your policy on mininum orders?
Our minimum order for most items are 10 pieces. For custom items, most are 100 minimum.
4. Why is there no price list for some of your products?
We will soon be adding and fill up all the products with price list.
5. How do I place an order?
You can either purchase directly online, donwload our order form, fax purchase order,
or by calling 1-800-331-5818.
6. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks,
and POs (for most organizations).
7. How much is shipping and handling?
Currently, there is no shipping charge (UPS Ground only) orders $100 or more.
Shipping for orders under $100 range from $8 to $10. For faster delivery, we other UPS 3 Day,
2nd Day Air, and Next Air service for additional cost.
8. How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
If you place order by 2:30pm, PST, we will ship your order the same day, otherwise will ship the next working day.
For custom items, allow 10-20 working days. We ship mostly via UPS, some Priority Mail.
When the order is shipped, a shipping tracking # will be sent via email.
9. How long does UPS Ground shipping take?
We ship all products from our California warehouse. Allow 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance.
10. What is your return policy?
Please contact us in the event that you would like to arrange a return. We will be glad to
accept returned products only if they are damaged or defected. Credits will be returned back
to you once the products are sent back to us in their original conditions within 30 days of
the product delivery. For other returns, there is a 25% restocking fee.
11. When will I receive a copy of my invoice and credit card receipt?
If you purchase directly online, you will automatically recieve a receipt and e-mail confirmation. Order
placed by phone, the receipt will be included in the package.
12. Can our logo be imprinted?
Yes, your logo can be printed alone or in combination with text.
13. How do we get our logo to you?
All original artwork should sent via email to sales@kennyproducts.com
14. What file format should the artwork be in?
Vector files are the best. Artwork should be saved in .JPG, .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), .
AI (Adobe Illustrator) formats, The better the artwork, the better looking it will be on the product.
15. What fonts are available for text logo?
We have hundreds of fonts available for printing. If a specific font is not specified at the
time of order we will set your type in either Arial Regular or Arial Bold in all upper or upper/lower
case depending on the amount of text and the product image area.
16. How do I qualify and become as a Distributor/Reseller?
If you have a reseller's license or appropriate documents, then you can qualify for our distributor's pricing.
The distributor's pricing is different and is lower then the price listed online. We do not accept online orders
from distributors/resellers and 'Free Shipping on order of $100 or more' does not apply to distributors/resllers.
